This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels, whether you’re just learning the Enneagram or want to deepen your study. During this introduction to the Enneagram and the Embodiment Tradition, Ali and Valerie will lead you through the nine types, modeling the unique energetic signature of each type. You will also be able to step into Embodiment yourself. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your own type and Instinctual Stacking, as well as tools to unlock the potential of other types within yourself – and have compassion for all types.
