The Enneagram Through the Embodiment Tradition
This introductory course includes an overview and history of the Enneagram and the Embodiment Tradition, a revolutionary point of access for the Enneagram that gives students a deep, somatic understanding of Enneatype and Essence.
Students will understand the Enneagram symbol and meaning, explore the 9 Enneatypes (types) from their fixated patterning to their most open Essence, and learn key topics including Instincts, Subtypes, Wings, Movement, and Challenges and Growth opportunities for each type.
This course is approximately 4 hours long and divided into 4 sessions:

Introduction to the Centers of Intelligence
The 3 Energetics of the Embodiment Tradition (Body/Gut, Heart, Head)
